Either we wish they’d get a job and contribute to society or we wish they’d disappear from our society altogether.

But that day I experienced a bigger kingdom reality, one that transcended my selfish either/or myopia. Regardless of how or why people may have found themselves homeless, the kingdom requires that I not view them as inconveniences or threats or somehow less than human.
