Bloomberg announces education reform plan to eliminate automatic teacher tenure.
According to the city Department of Education, 99 percent of teachers who work through the probationary term of three years set out by state law are granted tenure. The department spends tens of millions of dollars a year attempting to fire tenured teachers. Under the proposed crackdown, principals would personally certify that a teacher deserves tenure based on their students' test scores and other factors. Their decisions would be reviewed by the chancellor and the mayor.loans mortagage financing 100126 secured loans500 personal loan cashservice 9 loan directsystem accounting loan bankcash loans actualmortage loan rate adjustableloan adverse unsecured us Map
