So I'm watching this slideshow on
Today at the Mission 's blog from Canada, and had to do a double take because my brother Jamie makes an appearance at 3:07 (on the right). I have no idea who
JDWoody76 is or how he got Jamie's picture (from the late 90s at a lower Manhattan street outreach), but it was cool to see an old picture of my brother encouraging a Canadian missionary to be Christ's hands and feet in loving the homeless. This is just another reminder that how we treat people today can leave an impact for years to come.
"Inasmuch as you've done it for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you've done it for me." (Jesus, in Matthew 25)

When you pointed out it was your brother I was blown away, too. What a world we live in!

It is pretty cool to see jamie a part of the video… what we do in eyes of God really does make a difference. The fruits of our labor are NOT in vain.
